Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana or 1 cup of chopped up organic frozen banana
- 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berry
- 1 cup of spinach
- A splash of coconut water/water or as much as desired
- A dash of honey (optional for sweetener)
- 2 tsp of the Mixed Berry Female Elixir
Method:
- Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender
- Step 2: Blend until desired consistency (Continue to add necessary amounts of water/coconut water until blend is constant)

- Fresh Berries
- Pumpkin Seeds/sunflower seeds
- Organic Peanut Butter
