Healthy Pancakes


  • 1 Banana
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup of oats 
  • 2 tsp of the Vanilla Female Elixir Or Mixed Berry Female Elixir 


  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until desired consistency (thick and no clumps)
  • Step 2: Pour the mixture on to a pan on Medium Heat (Tip: Use coconut oil to help the pancake not stick to pan)
  • Step 3: Wait 1 minute (until you see bubbles in the mixture appear) 
  • Step 4: Flip the pancake and cook until ready

Suggested Toppings: 

  • Option 1: Banana and cinnamon
  • Option 2: Greek yogurt and Fresh Fruit (strawberries and blueberries) 
  • Option 3: Honey or Sugar Free Maple Syrup
