Hormone-Supporting Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2 teaspoons Hormone Elixir (Lemon or Natural)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions:

Add dates, cashews, and shredded coconut to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
Add Hormone Elixir, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Blend again until fully combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat with extra shredded coconut for a finishing touch.
Store in the fridge for 30 minutes to set before enjoying.
