Matcha & Elixir-Infused French Toast

This Matcha & Elixir-Infused French Toast is crafted to support your hormones and nourish your body from the inside out. Featuring antioxidant-rich matcha and a scoop of our Hormone Elixir, this recipe works to gently balance your cortisol, support energy levels, and reduce inflammation - helping you feel your best, naturally.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut or oat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop Fertile You Hormone Elixir (Natural or Lemon)
  • 4 slices of sourdough or whole-grain bread
  • Coconut oil or butter for cooking

Toppings (Optional):

  • Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • Chia seeds
  • Extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, honey, matcha, and Hormone Elixir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little coconut oil or butter.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.
  4. Cook each slice for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve warm with your favourite toppings - think fresh berries, a dollop of yogurt, and a drizzle of honey.
