Açaí Berry Elixir Smoothie: A Nourishing Start for Hormone & Cycle Support

What You’ll Need

For the Blueberry Compote:
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
• 1 tbsp Fertile You Female Elixir (Mixed Berry or Natural)
• 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

For the Yoghurt Swirl:
• 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
• Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste

For the Açaí Smoothie:
• 1 frozen açaí pack (100g, unsweetened)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or strawberries
• 1/4 cup almond milk (or coconut water)

Optional Toppings:
• Coconut flakes
• Chia seeds
• Kiwi or banana slices
• Granola
• Extra compote swirl

Method

  1. Make the compote: In a small saucepan, heat blueberries, water, and maple syrup. Let simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and jammy. Remove from heat and stir in the Female Elixir and lemon juice. Let cool.

  2. Prep the yoghurt: Add vanilla bean paste to yoghurt if using. Set aside.

  3. Blend the smoothie: In a high-speed blender, combine açai, banana, berries, and milk. Blend until thick and creamy.

  4. Assemble:
    Spoon the cooled compote into the bottom of a glass or jar.
    Use the back of a spoon to swipe yoghurt around the inside walls of the glass.
    Pour the smoothie on top.

  5. Top it off: Garnish with coconut flakes, kiwi, or anything you love.
