Banana Bliss Balls with Fertile You Elixir (No-Bake & Hormone-Loving Snack)

Ingredients

For the Bliss Balls:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1 large ripe banana (mashed)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

  • 1–2 scoops Fertile You Hormone Elixir or Female Elixir

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon and sea salt

For Rolling (optional):

  • Desiccated coconut

  • Crushed nuts

  • Cacao powder

Method

  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients
    In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in almond butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla.

  2. Add the Dry Ingredients
    Fold in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and your Fertile You Elixir until fully combined. Add chocolate chips if using.

  3. Form the Balls
    Using clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). If the mix is sticky, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes first.

  4. Coat & Chill
    Roll each ball in coconut, nuts, or cacao powder if desired. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. To Serve
    Enjoy straight from the fridge for an energising, hormone-supporting snack. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
