
Banana Bliss Balls with Fertile You Elixir (No-Bake & Hormone-Loving Snack)
Ingredients
For the Bliss Balls:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1 large ripe banana (mashed)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal

1–2 scoops Fertile You Hormone Elixir or Female Elixir

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon and sea salt
For Rolling (optional):

Desiccated coconut
-
Crushed nuts
-
Cacao powder
Method

Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in almond butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla. -
Add the Dry Ingredients
Fold in oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and your Fertile You Elixir until fully combined. Add chocolate chips if using. -
Form the Balls
Using clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). If the mix is sticky, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes first. -
Coat & Chill
Roll each ball in coconut, nuts, or cacao powder if desired. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up. -
To Serve
Enjoy straight from the fridge for an energising, hormone-supporting snack. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
