Basa with Lemon & Green Goddess Elixir Sauce

Ingredients

For the fish:

  • 2 basa fillets (or any mild white fish)

  • Olive oil for cooking

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ½ fresh lemon (sliced for garnish)

For the green elixir sauce:

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • ½ cup peas (fresh or thawed frozen)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ scoop Fertile You Hormone Elixir – Lemon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: A small handful of fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish:
    Season basa fillets with salt and pepper, drizzle of olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and flaky.

  2. Make the sauce:
    In a blender, combine spinach, peas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and Hormone Elixir. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Assemble:
    Spoon the vibrant green sauce onto a plate and top with the basa fillet. Garnish with extra lemon slices, cracked pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Serve with:
    Steamed vegetables, brown rice, or roasted potatoes for a complete, hormone-loving meal.
