Beetroot Elixir Pasta: A Hormone-Loving Recipe for Balance and Glow

2 small cooked beetroots (or 1 large, roasted or boiled)

Method

Cook pasta according to packet instructions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

In a blender, combine beetroot, Hormone Elixir, garlic, yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust the balance with extra lemon juice or a splash of vinegar to enhance brightness.

Toss warm pasta through the sauce, adding pasta water gradually until silky.

Finish with parmesan, fresh herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil.
