Ingredients

Serves 2 | Time: 20 minutes

For the Bowl

  • 2 basa fillets

  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

  • Handful of rocket or spinach

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

For the Green Sauce

  • ½ avocado

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tablespoon tahini or olive oil

  • 1 handful of fresh parsley

  • ½ clove garlic

  • Water to thin

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: Add 1 tsp Fertile You Hormone or Female Elixir once cooled for functional support

Method

  1. Steam or pan-fry the basa fillets with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until flaky (approx. 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness).

  2. Steam broccoli until bright green and just tender.

  3. While everything cooks, blend all sauce ingredients together in a small blender or food processor until creamy and smooth. Add water slowly to reach desired consistency.

  4. Assemble bowls with quinoa or rice, spinach or rocket, sliced avocado, cooked broccoli, and basa.

  5. Drizzle generously with green goddess sauce. Add a teaspoon of your chosen Elixir into the sauce once it’s cooled slightly to preserve the nutrients.

  6. Serve immediately, and enjoy the glow from within.
