
Honey Cinnamon Roasted Pears with Greek Yogurt & Walnut Crunch | Hormone & Fertility Support Recipe
This warm and nourishing pear recipe is as beautiful as it is supportive for hormone balance and fertility. With roasted honey-cinnamon pears, crunchy walnuts, and creamy Greek yogurt swirled with our Fertile You Elixir, it’s the perfect Wellness Wednesday treat.
Ingredients (serves 2–3)

3 ripe pears, halved & cored

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp cinnamon

½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped & toasted

1 cup thick Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)

1 tsp Fertile You Natural Hormone Elixir
Method

Preheat & prepare: Heat oven to 180°C. Slice pears in half and scoop out seeds.

Roast pears: Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish. Brush with coconut oil, drizzle honey, and sprinkle cinnamon. Roast 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.

Toast walnuts: In a dry pan, toast walnuts on medium heat until fragrant (2–3 minutes).

Make elixir yogurt: Stir Fertile You Elixir into the Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.

Assemble bowls: Spoon yogurt into shallow bowls. Place roasted pears on top, drizzle with extra honey, scatter walnuts, and dust with a little extra cinnamon.
