Hormone-Loving Raspberry Brownie Date Bites (With Female Elixir Chocolate)

Ingredients

Brownie Layer

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut)

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Raspberry Layer

  • Fresh raspberries

Chocolate Elixir Topping

  • 100g dark chocolate (85% preferred)

  • 1 heaped tbsp Fertile You Female Elixir

Method

  1. Prepare the base:
    In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder and sea salt.

  2. Add nut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Stir until a thick, fudgy dough forms. If too runny, add 1–2 tsp coconut flour to thicken.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into silicone moulds or a lined tray.

  4. Add fresh raspberries on top and gently press them into the brownie layer.

  5. Melt the chocolate:
    Gently melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts.

  6. Once melted and slightly cooled, stir in 1 heaped tablespoon of Fertile You Female Elixir until fully combined.

  7. Spoon the elixir-infused chocolate over each bite.

  8. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until set.

  9. Store in the fridge and enjoy straight from chilled.
