
Hormone-Loving Salmon Green Goddess Salad: A Nourishing Recipe for Hormone Health & Fertility
Ingredients:
For the salad base:

1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed

1 cup baby spinach, steamed

½ avocado, sliced
-
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds

1 wild-caught salmon fillet (or canned wild salmon), cooked and flaked
For the creamy green goddess dressing:

1 tablespoon Fertile You Hormone Elixir (optional but recommended)

½ avocado
-
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)

Juice of ½ lemon

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup fresh basil or dill

1 small garlic clove

1–2 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)

Sea salt to taste
Instructions:

Prep greens:
Lightly steam broccoli and spinach until just tender. Let cool slightly and arrange as the base of your bowl. -
Cook salmon:
Pan-sear, grill, or bake your salmon. Flake gently once cooled. -
Make the dressing:
In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, Fertile You Elixir, and salt. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency. -
Assemble:
Layer your steamed greens with, avocado and salmon. Drizzle generously with green goddess dressing and sprinkle with seeds. -
Serve immediately and feel nourished from the inside out.
