
Hormone-Loving Spinach Waffles (Topped with Banana, Berries & Greek Yoghurt)

Spinach is high in folate and iron, bananas and blueberries bring natural sweetness and antioxidants, while chia seeds and Greek yoghurt offer protein, healthy fats and gut-friendly goodness.
For the waffles:

1 cup rolled oats (blended to a flour)

1 ripe banana

1 large handful fresh spinach

2 eggs

1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp Fertile You Female Elixir
Toppings:

Greek yoghurt

Sliced banana

Handful of blueberries

1 tsp chia seeds

Drizzle of honey or maple (optional)
Instructions:

Add all waffle ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a preheated, lightly greased waffle maker. Cook until golden and crisp.

Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, banana slices, blueberries, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
