Hormone-Loving Spinach Waffles (Topped with Banana, Berries & Greek Yoghurt)

Rich in fibre, plant diversity, and hormone-supportive nutrients, this recipe is ideal for mornings when you want something warming, grounding, and nutrient-dense. Spinach is high in folate and iron, bananas and blueberries bring natural sweetness and antioxidants, while chia seeds and Greek yoghurt offer protein, healthy fats and gut-friendly goodness.

 

For the waffles:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (blended to a flour)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 large handful fresh spinach

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp Fertile You Female Elixir

 

Toppings:

  • Greek yoghurt

  • Sliced banana

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Drizzle of honey or maple (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all waffle ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a preheated, lightly greased waffle maker. Cook until golden and crisp.

  3. Top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, banana slices, blueberries, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.

  4. Serve warm and feel supported from the inside out.
