
Hormone-Supporting Acai Gummies: A Delicious Way to Boost Fertility and Immunity
Ingredients (makes ~20 small gummies)

1 tbsp Fertile You Hormone Elixir (Natural)

1–2 tbsp frozen acai puree, defrosted

1/3 cup grapefruit or orange juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1/4 tsp fresh turmeric, grated or 1/2 tsp ground

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

2 tbsp gelatin powder (or 2 tsp agar agar powder for vegan option)
Method

In a small saucepan, add the acai, grapefruit/orange juice, lemon juice, grated ginger, turmeric, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using).

Warm gently over low heat, do not boil. Stir to combine.

Stir in 1 tbsp Hormone Elixir once warmed through.

Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface. Let sit for 1 minute, then whisk until fully dissolved.
(If using agar agar, whisk it in and simmer gently for 2–3 mins.) -
Pour into silicone gummy molds or a lined glass container.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

Pop out and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
