Hormone-Supporting Carrot Cake Energy Balls

A nourishing twist on carrot cake naturally sweet, full of texture, and designed to support your hormones from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • 140g raw carrots, finely grated
  • 130g pecans
  • 90g almond meal
  • 70g shredded coconut (+ extra for rolling)
  • 220g medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 tbsp Fertile You Hormone Elixir

Method

  1. Add pecans to a food processor and pulse until roughly crumbed.
  2. Add grated carrot, almond meal, coconut, dates, spices, and salt.
  3. Blend until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky dough.
  4. Add the Hormone Elixir and maple syrup (if using), then blend again until fully combined.
  5. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Coat in extra shredded coconut for texture.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
