Hormone-Supporting Chocolate Date Bark (Easy Healthy Dessert Recipe)

This chocolate date bark is a nourishing, hormone-supporting dessert made with dark chocolate, dates, nuts, and coconut. Easy, healthy, and rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate (70% or higher), melted
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and flattened
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup shredded almonds
  • 2–3 tablespoons almond butter
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Method:

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Arrange the flattened dates on the tray, pressing them together to form a sticky base layer.
  3. Drizzle almond butter over the dates and gently spread.
  4. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts, shredded coconut, and shredded almonds.
  6. Finish with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  7. Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until set.
  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
