Creamy Hormone-Supporting Dressing

½ avocado

3–4 tbsp kefir

Fresh dill, basil & mint

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic

Celtic sea salt, to taste

Water, to thin

½–1 tsp Fertile You Hormone or Female Elixir
How to Make

Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

In a large bowl, combine spinach, rocket, celery, red onion and sprouts.

Add kidney beans, sliced turkey and pomegranate seeds.
