Ingredients

Bowl Base

  • Baby spinach

  • Rocket

  • Celery, finely sliced

  • Red onion, thinly sliced

  • Sprouts

  • Red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • Fresh pomegranate seeds

  • Roasted or grilled turkey breast, sliced

Creamy Hormone-Supporting Dressing

  • ½ avocado

  • 3–4 tbsp kefir

  • Fresh dill, basil & mint

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Celtic sea salt, to taste

  • Water, to thin

  • ½–1 tsp Fertile You Hormone or Female Elixir

How to Make

  1. Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, rocket, celery, red onion and sprouts.

  3. Add kidney beans, sliced turkey and pomegranate seeds.

  4. Drizzle generously with the dressing and toss gently before serving.
