Time: 5 minutes prep + overnight chill

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop Fertile You Hormone Elixir (Natural or Lemon)

  • ½ tsp matcha powder

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (to stir through or top)

Toppings (recommended):

  • Fresh or dried figs (sliced)

  • Pumpkin seeds (for zinc + hormonal support)

  • Blackberries or blueberries (antioxidant-rich)

  • Extra spoon of yoghurt or almond butter for creaminess

Method:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, elixir, matcha, and sweetener until well combined.

  2. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, top with figs, seeds, and any other toppings you love. Enjoy slowly.
