Ingredients
For the chia pudding:

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)

1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

½ tsp vanilla extract
For the berry compote:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp water

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Toppings:

Instructions
1. Make the chia pudding
In a bowl or jar, whisk almond milk, matcha, vanilla and sweetener until smooth. Add the chia seeds and stir well.
Let sit for 10 minutes, stir again, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Make the berry compote
In a small pot over medium heat, add berries, water, and lemon juice.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until syrupy. Add maple syrup to taste.
Cool slightly.
3. Assemble
Spoon the chia pudding into a bowl, top with berry compote, then finish with fresh blueberries.
