Matcha Overnight Oats with Hormone Elixir

Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup almond milk 
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1 scoop Fertile You Hormone Elixir Natural
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• Optional toppings: banana slices, coconut flakes, hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, matcha, elixir, maple syrup, and chia seeds.

  2. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, give it a quick stir and top with your favourite additions.

  5. Enjoy cold or gently warmed.
