Matcha Stuffed Dates with Yoghurt, White Chocolate & Fertile You Elixir
A simple, no-bake recipe designed to support your hormones while still feeling like a treat. These matcha stuffed dates are rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and fibre helping to support energy, blood sugar balance, and overall hormone health.
Ingredients
- 8–10 medjool dates (pitted)
- ½ cup thick yoghurt (Greek or coconut)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1–2 tsp Fertile You Elixir (Mixed Berry or Lemon, depending on flavour preference)
- ½ cup white chocolate (melted)
- Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, coconut flakes, or freeze-dried berries
Method
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted
- In a bowl, mix together yoghurt, matcha powder, and Fertile You Elixir until smooth and creamy
- Spoon the matcha yoghurt mixture into each date
- Place the stuffed dates onto a lined tray
- Drizzle or dip each date in melted white chocolate
- Add your toppings if using
- Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set
