Ingredients
For the Pancakes

1 cup wholemeal flour

1 tablespoon matcha powder (high quality)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg
-
1 cup milk of choice (or more to thin)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

1 tablespoon Fertile You Elixir (Hormone or Female — either works)

Pinch of salt
For the Berry Compote

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon water

Optional: ½ teaspoon chia seeds for thickening
To Serve

Fresh blueberries

Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt

Extra drizzle of elixir (optional)
Method
1. Make the Berry Compote

Add berries, lemon juice, sweetener, and water to a small saucepan.

Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the berries soften and thicken.

Add chia seeds if you want a thicker texture.

Set aside.
2. Make the Matcha Pancakes

In a bowl, whisk together wholemeal flour, matcha, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and Fertile You Elixir.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just smooth. Avoid over-mixing.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter into small rounds.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until bubbles form and edges are set.

Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
3. Assemble & Serve
