Vanilla or Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tsp's of either the Vanilla or Mixed Berry Female Elixir
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1.5 cups of oat milk (or desired milk choice)
Method:
- Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Step 2: Put bowl in the fridge and wait overnight
- Step 3: Enjoy the Vanilla or Mixed Berry overnight oats in the morning
Toppings (optional):
- Banana
- Strawberry
- Organic Peanut Butter
