Vanilla or Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of oats 
  • 1 tsp of honey 
  • 2 tsp's of either the Vanilla or Mixed Berry Female Elixir
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds 
  • 1.5 cups of oat milk (or desired milk choice)

Method:

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  • Step 2: Put bowl in the fridge and wait overnight
  • Step 3: Enjoy the Vanilla or Mixed Berry overnight oats in the morning

  • Banana
  • Strawberry
  • Organic Peanut Butter
