2 Pink Lady apples, chopped (skin on)

½ cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

1 tsp cinnamon

½ banana, sliced

1 tsp peanut butter

½ cup water

Optional: a few chopped dates or sultanas

Optional toppings: flaxseeds, hemp seeds, yoghurt

Method

In a small pot, combine chopped apples, berries, cinnamon, and water (plus dates/sultanas if using).
