Strawberry Chia Pudding for Hormone Balance (With Hormone Elixir)

This strawberry chia pudding is a simple, nourishing recipe designed to support hormone balance without complexity. Made with fibre-rich chia seeds, antioxidant-rich strawberries and our Hormone Elixir, it’s a grounding option for slow mornings, balanced snacks or gentle nourishment when your body needs support, not restriction.

Soft-set, naturally sweet and easy to prepare ahead of time, this recipe focuses on consistency over perfection.

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • ½ cup strawberries, blended or finely mashed

  • 1 tbsp Fertile You Hormone Elixir

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

METHOD

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, strawberries, Hormone Elixir and sweetener (if using). Stir well.

  2. Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly to ensure they are evenly distributed.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, until softly set.

  5. Before serving, gently smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

TO SERVE

Enjoy as is, or finish with a light sprinkle of chia seeds or a drizzle of honey if desired. Keep toppings minimal to maintain balance and digestion support.

STORAGE

Store in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Stir gently before serving if needed.
