Strawberry Chia Pudding for Hormone Balance (With Hormone Elixir)

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

2 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

½ cup strawberries, blended or finely mashed

1 tbsp Fertile You Hormone Elixir

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
METHOD

In a bowl or jar, combine the almond milk, strawberries, Hormone Elixir and sweetener (if using). Stir well.

Add the chia seeds and mix thoroughly to ensure they are evenly distributed.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, until softly set.

Before serving, gently smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
TO SERVE
Enjoy as is, or finish with a light sprinkle of chia seeds or a drizzle of honey if desired. Keep toppings minimal to maintain balance and digestion support.
STORAGE
