
The Viral Raw Carrot Salad That Supports Hormone Balance and Fertility (With Lemon Elixir Dressing)

Ingredients
Salad:

2 organic carrots, peeled into ribbons

½ small raw beetroot, grated (optional)

1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander

1 tsp ground flaxseeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds (optional)
Dressing:

Instructions

Peel carrots into thin ribbons and place in a bowl. Add beetroot, herbs, flaxseeds, and seeds.

In a separate jar or bowl, whisk together the elixir, apple cider vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and salt.

Pour dressing over the salad. Toss well to coat.

Let it marinate for 5–10 minutes before serving to soften and activate the ingredients.
