Valentine’s Day Dessert: Healthy Choc Mousse
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
6 squares dark chocolate
Method:
Melt the dark chocolate. Add all ingredients, including the melted chocolate, to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a container or directly into serving cups. Set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with anything you like! I used fresh raspberries for a bit of tartness and cacao nibs for some crunch.
