Serves: 4

 

Ingredients:

1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove, peeled

2 teaspoons Fertile You Hormone Elixir (Natural or Lemon flavour)

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt to taste

Water, as needed for texture

 

Toppings (optional):

Drizzle of olive oil

Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds

Chopped fresh parsley

Pinch of paprika

 

Instructions:

1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin, and Hormone Elixir.

2. Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.

3. Taste and season with salt as needed.

4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olive oil, seeds, parsley, or a sprinkle of paprika.

5. Serve with veggie sticks, crackers, or warm pita bread.
